On the 1st of February 2016, GE awarded a Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) service contract for 21 days to Menaisco, Saudi Arabia. The Outage contract was carried out in the northern part of Saudi Arabia in Tabouk (Tabouk Power Plant). Menaisco has successfully completed this Outages project in 18 days. A designed approach was adopted to execute this contact.

Effective planning and preparation is an essential element for successful outage execution. The planning review process consists of a series of sessions with GE personals. The targeted review areas include the following:

  • Commercial & financial structures.
  • Personal staffing, experience levels & scheduled coverage.
  • Equipment & materials.
